Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. Processing time may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery may take approximately 10–15 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, or other delays outside of Velou Glow’s control.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

Velou Glow is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, please check your tracking information first.

If your tracking shows that the package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the shipping carrier and then contact Velou Glow for additional assistance.

International Shipping

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.
